These terms govern your use of Pilot Local. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Pilot Local builds, hosts, and maintains local-SEO websites for service businesses. You can preview a site for free. Publishing and ongoing hosting require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your manage page. Cancellation stops future billing and unpublishes your hosted site at the end of the period.
- Prices are shown on our pricing section and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Your content and domain
You own the content we generate for your site and any domain you connect. You may export your site at any time. There are no long term contracts and no lock in.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for a legitimate business and to provide accurate information. You may not use it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to generate content that infringes others' rights.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
